Warranty & Repairs
So your Grey Birch product isn’t performing as it should?
Our primary goal is to manufacture products that last a lifetime.
But we also know from time to time things can break. No one likes to go through a warranty process so our goal is to make this as painless as possible for you.
Please take a couple minutes to fill out the warranty repair form located at the link above. It will help us get to the bottom of the issue as quickly as possible and kick off the warranty process.
Grey Birch MFG stands behind our products and will warranty any manufacturer defect.
Shipping & Returns
Deliveries to North America typically take on average 2-10 days to arrive, shipping from Tampa, Florida. Deliveries to other countries will take longer. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has not been delivered after 30 days from purchase date, Grey Birch will issue a refund and pursue insurance claims with the carrier.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. All packages are shipped using tracked expedited service through UPS/USPS.
Specific Shipping and Processing Policies
1. Our goal is to ship twice per week. We are a small operation and shipping days will be ad hoc. In some cases, shipping may be delayed up to 2-3 bsuiness days.
2. Tracking numbers will be automatically sent once the order is processed. Please note, the tracking number will not always be updated immediately. It can take time for the carrier to register the package in their system.
3. Returns - Items are not returnable. If you have an issue of any kind with your purchase, please reach out to us here. Our goal is 100% satisfaction, so please give us a chance to make any issue right.
Please note that customers outside of the Unites States shall be responsible for understanding their countries importation policies on firearms accessories and for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. Grey Birch MFG will not be held liable for any shipments seized due to improper importation.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Grey Birch MFG.
